We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your shipping notification to request a return for any Skippers purchased through our website. If your Skipper was not purchased through our website, please refer to the return policy from your original seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition. It is okay if you have tried using it, since that is the point. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the item is returned in acceptable condition, we'll refund your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is something wrong with your product when you receive it, we will happily send you a new one in exchange. You will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us in good condition first.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
